The on going saga of the Jib.
So finally after 6 weeks I get an email saying the bag and instructions are in the post.
The third time I’ve had an email saying it’s in the post. …but this time I think it willarrive as they have also said that will refund £50 as promised 4 weeks ago, BUT only when I write a positive feedback on Ebay.
So the question is when I write the “positive” feedback though gritted teeth, will I get the refund?

So they sent the bag and the instructions to the wrong customer and address.
Interestingly, the same wrong customer and adddress as they previously had blamed TNT for sending the Jib to, as they said the labels came off and TNT put the wrong ones back on. Got Email on Tuesday to say it had been sent first class post from the other customer. now Saturday …no delivery yet. 🙁
